Bianca Pander

Partner at BKB

Bianca Pander is partner at BKB | Het Campagnebureau, a Dutch progressive campaign agency that develops campaigns for governments, NGOs, charities, companies, and public institutions. Based in Amsterdam, BKB works on issues ranging from refugee rights and equal educational opportunity to sustainable finance, racism, science, and emancipation.

Bianca is a campaign strategist, trainer, and commentator specializing in political campaigns, coalition-building, and grassroots organizing. Her passion for campaigning began in the United States, where she volunteered for John Kerry’s presidential campaign in 2004. Since then, she has returned for every presidential election cycle to canvass and organize for Democratic campaigns.

At BKB, she leads campaigns that bring together politics, culture, science, and media to address societal challenges. Her work includes public affairs and advocacy campaigns in The Hague, participatory initiatives such as the National Slavery Museum process, and large-scale public engagement projects that promote science, such as Expeditie NEXT.

Bianca has also advised and supported several Dutch politicians in national and local election campaigns. In addition, she delivers campaign training internationally, including in Mali, Tunisia, Myanmar, Georgia, and Nigeria, and is a regular commentator on U.S. politics and political campaigning on Dutch national radio and television. She is also a co-founder of Stem op een Vrouw (Vote for a Woman), a foundation that supports, trains, and mentors women who want to become politically active in the Netherlands.
