Designed exclusively for women standing for election in Europe over the next 12 to 24 months. Open to candidates across all political parties and levels of government. Places are strictly limited to 10–15 participants to ensure tailored, high-impact support.

Fees and Location

Programme Cost: Tuition for ELECTA Live is completely free of charge. Selected candidates are only responsible for their travel to and from Brussels, alongside accommodation (€50/night) for the duration of the programme. ELECTA Lab

What to expect

ELECTA Lab is an interactive, live online programme created to empower participants by focusing on critical factors within their control: Personal Branding, Social Media Strategy, Financial Planning, Team Building, Time Management, and Personal Resilience. Delivering practical tools and strategic expertise, this programme equips you to launch your political journey with confidence.

Programme format

6-Week Interactive Structure: Live weekly sessions held every Friday from 12:00 to 13:30 CET/CEST.
Direct Interaction: 100% live format, providing direct engagement with leading political experts and peers.
Flexible Access: Includes presentation slides and a 48-hour viewing window for session recordings.

Lab is Fully Online & Accessible: Join from anywhere, with optional translation support and recorded resources available.
