ELECTA is open to female candidates running in upcoming elections (12-24 months) from across the EU, Norway, Iceland, the UK and Switzerland. Candidates running in municipal, regional, national or European elections are encouraged to join our programmes.
All ELECTA programmes are conducted in English.

The ELECTA Lab online programme costs 98 EUR. Candidates receive strategic insights in 6 hours over three weeks from ELECTA Experts.
We believe in the importance of accessibility. If you cannot afford the fees of the online programme, please reach out to us
10 promising candidates from the ELECTA Lab programme will have the opportunity to join the ELECTA Live programme. Candidates are responsible only for travel and accommodation for the ELECTA Live programme. All other expenses are covered.
